To initiate the transfer of a domain name you bought on Brandpa, please visit this webpage:

Then, follow these steps:

1. Type in a domain name you would like to transfer and the authorisation code (that Brandpa provided you with)
2. hit the Submit button. Now, the transfer will be added to your cart.
3. From Your Cart, click Continue to Billing to pay for your transfer.

Once done, it can take up to five business days for it to complete. You can check on the status of pending transfers by logging into your Porkbun account and clicking Transfer at the top left corner of the page.

Once you do initiate the transfer, please let us know. We’ll then be awaiting an email from Porkbun to release this domain name to you.
